Acupoint   Acupoints are the sites through which the qi (vital energy) of organs and meridians can flow to the body surface. There are 361 acupoints distributed along the meridians, plus some extra ones and A-shi acupoints. Stimulation of the acupoints can regulate the function of organs and meridians and enhance the body resistance.		yu xue 腧穴   腧穴又名「氣穴」、「氣府」、「穴位」、「穴道」、「節」、「骨空」等。「腧」也寫作俞、輸，是轉輸的意思。「穴」即孔隙的意思。腧穴是人體臟腑經絡之氣注入體表的地方，也是針灸施術的位置，包括十四經361穴、經外奇穴和阿是穴。刺激這些穴位可以調節臟腑經絡功能，增進體質。
