Indications: diarrhea with watery stools, nausea or vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, and a bulky tongue with moist coating. With appropriate modifications, this formula is used in many gastric-intestinal conditions such as gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, peptic ulcers and colitis.

適應症：脾胃虛寒証，脘腹冷痛，食慾不振，口淡不渴，瀉下清稀，舌胖苔滑。常用於慢性腸胃炎、潰瘍病、消化不良，慢性痢疾、胃腸痙攣等。
