Hi all,

I am looking for a book that is comprehensive in defining Cold/Cool/Warm/Hot foods.I have looked on the web and have found some interesting resources. They don't cover that much... just a simple list and not all the list group certain foods in the same category.

If anyone has any information i would greatly appreciate it.

"Chinese Natural Cures" by Henry C. Lu
ISBN 1-57912-056-3. Price is about $30.00. He has tables with common foods A thru Z rating each for
* the five flavors (pungent, sweet, sour, bitter,salty),
* the five energies ( cold, hot, warm, cold, neutral)
* the twelve internal organs.
