Posted - 26/3/2018 15:27:45 The Bartholin¡¦s glands are located on each side of the vaginal opening that produce fluid to keeps the vagina moist. A cyst usually forms when the gland or duct becomes clogged, causing liquid or another material to collect inside. When infected, it can form an abscess and is very painful.Did you go for a Gyn check to rule out any potential risk? A simple sit bath may help the cyst go away on its own. Simply fill a tub with 3 to 4 inches of water (enough to cover your vulva), and gently sit. Do this several times a day for three or four days. The cyst may burst and drain on its own.
