Hello, I've been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I'm also celiac and have a number of food allergies. I'm using Reishi to suppress my immune system. Are there any other herbs or mushrooms I should be looking at? ~Thank you

Reishi or many other mushrooms are mainly used as an immune booster.
What evidences suggest you to use it for suppressing the immune system?
