Hello,
After a foot injury 1.5 year later I had a ganglion on top of my foot. It reoccured 3 months later following a surgical removal.although it is mild, It causes pain and discomfort . Also gives bad blood circulation.
Could you advise an alternative way to get rid of it, please.

A ganglion cyst is a swelling on top of a joint or the covering of a tendon, it can disappear on its own.
Your surgeon knows the best way for you.
Other folk remedies and approaches are unlikely suggested, having risk in damaging the surrounding tissues or infections.
