At a man at his 50-ties, his hair on the face (bristles) often are twirled up and grow directly into a cheek. It is quite painful. I heard that hairs conditions are connected with a condition of his blood and marrow. What could be the reason for this in TCM?

How do you shave?
This may due to damaged or blocked hair follicles sometimes.
