I live on small island of Bonaire, Dutch caribbean and can't find a TCM practioner here. About 25 years ago I learned, in the netherlands, 3 excercises to loose weight and it worked well. Due to a burn out I don't have the energy to lose weight by training and would like to try it again with Qi-Gong. The sample excercise on this website is equal to the one I learned. But I can only find DVD's of good looking Americans with commercial "solutions". I am willing to pay normal but would like the original traditional way like this site describes. Who can help me? Thx in advance. Rob
