Title: Flu & Cough what not to eat

I'm confused by what food my child can eat and what should be avoided. If she's having running nose but it's white and cough during sleep, is that consider Cold Cough? And if yes she should eat food with heaty properties?

If there a list of food or chart that i can refer to?
I heard grapes will cause phlegm, yet i refer to a chart that i found and grape is nuetral properties. So i really need help here.

Runny nose in white color is a sign of cold cough.

Because cough has many disharmony patterns, and individuals are likely to present in a mixed pattern, for example phlegm and dampness type also has cold signs.

Grape is neutral in property, only eating too many sweet and cold grapes induce phlegm production.
