Hi,

I wake up with puffy eyes especially my right eye every morning and have low blood pressure.

Am I yang or yin deficient?

It is hard to conclude simply from a Chinese medicine view, you should do some laboratory tests.

Yes my lower left leg is a little swollen but my right leg is OK.

My urine has lots of bubbles...

Please tell me what this means?

Have you checked other regions for puffiness, such as lower legs?
Have you checked your urine?

From a Chinese medicine view, puffy eyes are associated with spleen or kidney deficiency.
