Just had a peanut butter sandwich, stopped short of putting banana on it but why do I crave that which I know is not particularly good for me?

When the craving strikes, try whole wheat bread and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon instead of jelly. Quite good, and I find it satisfies the craving without going too far out of bounds.
