TCM	Posted - 19/12/2008 11:45:13 Grey hair is likely to be irreversible. TCM will aim to delay the development of grey hair by nourishing the kidney and liver systems. Mulberry fruit (sang zhen ) is a common ingredient for this, others are black sesame, fleeceflower root, dodder seed, yerbadetajo herb and rehmannia root.
