Indications: dizziness, headache, a stifling feeling in the chest, nausea or vomiting, copious sputum, a white and greasy tongue coating, a taut and rolling pulse. With appropriate modifications, modern TCM uses the formula to treat conditions like ménière's disease, hypertension, benign positional vertigo, and cerebral vascular problems that present with above symptoms.

適應症：風痰上擾，表現眩暈頭痛、胸悶嘔噁，咳痰稠粘，舌苔白腻，脉弦滑。現代用於治療美尼爾氏病、高血壓、良性體位性暈眩、腦血管問題等，而有上述症狀者。
