Indications: headache, generalized heaviness and soreness, neck and shoulder stiffness, or difficulty in rotating and bending the trunk, mild fever, chills, a white tongue coating, and a floating pulse. With appropriate modifications, modern TCM uses the formula to treat upper respiratory tract infection, rheumatic arthritis, and muscular headache. For common cold individuals, when they also develop profuse sweating, the formula is not indicated.

適應症:風濕在表,表現頭痛身重,肩背痛不可回顧,或腰脊疼痛,難以轉側,或微熱惡寒,苔白脈浮。現代多用於治療感冒、風濕性關節炎、肌肉性頭痛等。如有感冒表現大汗者,不宜用本方。
