Indications: a common formula for eczema and hives that appear generalized red bumps, itching, and may even ooze from the scratching marks. The pulse is floating, rapid and forceful. With appropriate modification, modern TCM uses the formula for various itchy problems such as eczema, urticaria, psoriasis, allergic or drug reactions, dermatitis, heat rash, or skin infestations. Individuals are advised to take with an empty stomach, and also keep a plain diet during the treatment period.

適應症：本方為治風疹、濕疹的常用方，功效疏風清熱，除濕止癢。患者表現皮膚出現紅色、或全身雲片斑點，瘙癢，抓破後滲出津水，脈浮數有力。現代中醫多用於各種皮膚病，例如濕疹、蕁麻疹、牛皮癬、過敏性皮炎、藥物性皮炎、神經性皮炎、痱子、疥瘡等。宜空腹服，期間忌食辛辣、魚腥、煙酒、濃茶等，以免影響療效。
