Indications: Poor appetite, belching, distention or pain in the gastric and abdominal regions, and sometimes vomiting and diarrhea. With appropriate modifications, modern TCM uses the formula in conditions like gastritis, peptic ulcers, digestive tract dysfunction as well as to stimulate appetite.

主治：脾胃氣虛，寒濕滯於中焦，表現納呆，噯氣，脘腹脹滿或疼痛，甚至嘔吐，泄瀉等。現代常用於胃炎、潰瘍病、消化道功能障礙、食慾不振等。
