Indications: hyperactivity of liver yang that stirs up wind pathogens internally. The manifestations include dizziness, distending pain on the forehead, ear ringing, irritability, red faces, and hot sensation in the chest. Individuals may also belch frequently, or gradually appear sluggish limb movements and facial distortion. In serious cases, there may be sudden faint and unconsciousness. With appropriate modifications, TCM often use this formula for warming signs of stroke or during a stroke attack. 適應症:肝陽上亢,肝風內動。表現有眩暈,目脹,耳鳴,腦部熱痛,心胸煩熱,面紅,或時常噫氣,或肢體漸覺不利,口角漸形歪斜。甚或突然昏倒,不省人事,經搶救,醒後不能復原,精神短少,脈長有力者。本方是中醫治療中風前兆、中風發作期的一個常用方劑。 |
