Indications: fever, slight or no chills, headache, thirst, cough, throat soreness and a red-tipped tongue, which are the typical early signs in some acute febrile diseases. With appropriate modifications, this formula is commonly used in the early stages of acute infectious diseases such as upper respiratory tract infections, flu, acute bronchitis, pneumonia, measles and mumps.

適應症：溫病初起，表現發熱，微惡風寒，無汗或汗出不暢，頭痛口渴、咳嗽咽痛、舌尖紅。常用於治療上呼吸道感染、流感、急性支氣管炎、肺炎、麻疹、腮腺炎等急性傳染病初起而有風熱表証者。
